- Spaghetti 3/4 package
- 30 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 Red Chili Pepper
- olive oil
- salt TT
- red pepper flakes TT
- fresh parsley, 5 sprigs roughly chopped
Boil the water and cook spaghetti according to the instruction on the package.
In a meantime, sauté sliced garlic on low temperature for 5 minutes in plenty of olive oil, add red pepper flakes, tomatoes cut in half, parsley and salt, cover with lid and simmer until tomatoes are soft.
Mix with cooked and strained spaghetti, add more. olive oil and you can add vegan parmesan on top or toasted pumpkin seeds.
