We absolutely love this simple and quick dessert. Summer is around the corner, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. You can add any of your favorite toppings, the only downside to this one is, you gotta eat it right away.
Serves 2
- 4 sliced frozen bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cold coconut cream
Blend in a high speed blender until you have a thick, creamy consistency.
Warm chocolate sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Dutch cacao powder
- tablespoons maple syrup
Gently warm all the ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Drizzle over your ice cream sundaes and top with almonds or hazelnuts.

Hi Marcus, thank you! I have topped it with semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips, as well as dry grated coconut, and granola. You can use anything you like or sometimes I just make the chocolate and add no toppings. Vladka
